My client is in the process of building small multidisciplinary development teams that contain developers, designers and frontend developers that are focused on conversion optimisation. These teams collaborate and develop ideas, mockups and proofs of concept that are then implemented as experiments. We have a clear vision – helping our customers. You will have the freedom to develop your ideas and make your mark while testing your ideas on millions of real users.

Day to day the development team uses a plethora of technologies including Java, JSP, JSTL, SQL, Hibernate, Struts, JQuery – and they are always on the lookout to incorporate new timesaving technologies into their development process and welcome the teams suggestions.
If you are a Software Developer that wants to be part of this exciting world of continuous improvement, experiments and new ideas and you posses the following skills and requirements:
Expert in building websites/pages using Java J2EE, JSP and JQuery
Experience of using application servers: JBoss or Tomcat
Knowledge of SQL / Linux command line
Independent and pro-active approach to finding solutions
Customer focused
Result driven with regards to conversion and business opportunities.
Excellent English communication skills
University level in Computer Science, Math and/or Sciences (preferred)
Currently living in the UK or willing to relocate
