The company is looking for someone with a year or so commercial experience as a developer (whether this is from a placement year or having completed a year since leaving university). Ideally you will have been working with a variety of technologies including C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, Web Services, Ajax, JavaScript and jQuery. This company is a Microsoft house, using the latest technologies but they approach each project individually, using the best methodologies and technologies for the project. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a variety of projects which you have supported or solely developed.
