Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: 16000-22000k (dependant upon experience)
My client, a market leading Web Design/Web Marketing company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire are looking to expand there creative/development team further by recruiting a junior PHP developer with strong design skills! The company excels in all things digital, specializing in; bespoke web design, e-commerce solutions and web content/managed websites. Since formation they have experienced and maintained sustained periods of growth and due to an increased workload need to bring someone on board of a junior capacity. This opportunity will offer the successful candidate an exciting and varied role, giving you the chance to liaise with multiple clients and having an input into both the design and development of numerous projects!
Commercial experience in a web development role would be preferable, whether it be a years placement at university, freelance work you have undertaken or whether you have been in a development role previously and are now looking for a career enhancing move!
The successful candidate will have;
An eye for design and experience using products from the Adobe Suite Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
Strong Development Skills (both back end and front end) using a combination of PHP, HTML, CSS and MYSQL
A knowledge of SEO and/or desire to learn it would also be of an advantage!!
