GM Motors Sticks With Carat
07/01/2010
After a review of its European media planning and buying accounts, General Motors has retained Carat to handle its media accounts. After a pitch against two other agencies, Aegis-owned Carat was awarded the £400m media business. This sees Carat continue its three year stint on the account since the agency was appointed by General Motors in 2006. The review was triggered by a desire to streamline the business following General Motors' US parent company announcing bankruptcy in the summer of last year.
