BD Recruitment Ltd is split into three distinct divisions: Technical Recruitment which services the needs of candidates and clients within the information technology sector including jobs in the following areas: project management, business analyst, website management, web developers, and programmers using: .NET, C#, ASP, PHP. VB.NET & database analyst; Creative Recruitment does the same but for the creative and new media industries with positions including: copywriters, studio management, art workers (QuarkXPress, Photoshop) and web developers; Marketing Recruitment focuses on traditional marketing positions as well as SEM (search engine marketing), SEO (search engine optimisation), trainee search executives, SEO sales directors, affiliate marketing managers, media buyers, media planners media communications account managers and PPC agencies.
Our recruitment team is constantly expanding to meet our own business ambitions and the ambitions of our candidates and clients. Each of our consultants has a distinct area in which they recruit for their specialist field. This means that each candidate or client (who commissions us to work on their behalf) will have a recruiter who is not only focussed exclusively in their area of expertise, but also recruits for jobs in their specific geographical region.
This fine tuning of our recruitment infrastructure is quite simple, yet it is very effective and unique within the recruitment industry, making it easier for us to find candidates their next job and clients their next member of staff.
