Job Details:
My client is a small - medium sized digital agency based in Leeds. They are looking for an Account Manager, ideally with at least 2-3 years solid Account Management experience gained within the Digital sector to join the team.
From a methodical project management style to a flawless knowledge of the digital marketing industry you will ensure that clients are blown away by the work, the strategy and the service of the team. You should have excellent communication and project management skills and a positive 'can do’ attitude. You should be a confident, driven individual and a strong team player. You will understand the importance of ownership and have a keen eye for detail.
You will need to ensure projects are completed within the time frame, budget and quality expectations of the business and the clients. You will work alongside and support other members of the Account Management team and be expected to contribute to the planning, development and implementation of projects.
You will be expected to develop relationships with existing and new clients. The ability to be able to show technical awareness and to translate technical jargon to clients is an essential.
