My Client For nearly twenty years my client has proven themselves as a market leader in their field. They are a privately held company, with offices spanning out across the USA, Far East and Mainland Europe. They are looking for a European Marketing Associate to join the companies’ young, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high growth culture. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing who is based in the company's USA headquarters. European Marketing Associate • Marketing generalist who can manage & coordinate all marketing, advertising & promotional activities’ for the companies EU & corporate programs. • Strengthen company’s European presence through lead generation and brand awareness programs. • Develop on & offline lead generating programs. • Maintain EU database. • Localise marketing tactics and messaging for market-specific needs & preferences. • Manage external vendors as appropriate. • Manage company events, trade show participation, user group meetings for EU markets. • Monitor, review & report on all marketing programs to ensure optimal ROI. • Manage marketing budget. • Assist in implementation of corporate programs. Job Requirements • Experience in B2B marketing. • Knowledge of EU markets (having worked with European Markets is essential). • Travel (25%) Competencies The successful candidate will be a hands-on marketer with the skills to implement multiple programs at the same time, whilst working alongside other departments to manage integrated marketing programs. You will need to have the ability to work under tight deadlines and pay a keen attention to detail. You will need to have a strong understanding of Web 2.0 marketing, including proficiency in marketing components (e.g. frequency, reach, and placement) and techniques such as SEO, SEM, and PR. You will also have had to have operated under a European Marketing role and have experience working within a European Marketing environment. All in all you will have excellent program implementation skills, marketing programs for a technology provider and an ability to put together marketing campaigns for clients.
