My client is a well established niche web design agency who has been a leader in the market for the last 10 years. The company has grown to house around 20 highly skilled individuals across design, development and online marketing and they have built a phenomenal reputation. The company operates on values of providing a high quality service and the best web solutions. The office is a fun, relaxed working environment; however they are all extremely ambitious with a dedication to the best delivery. The company had originally built its reputation on web design; which progressed into the development and marketing sectors of the industry. For the last 3 years they have operated in the SEO & Online sector and have upheld their exceptional reputation; providing great SEO campaigns with top results.
Due to this success they are looking to double the size of the company and increase the SEO team, dramatically over the next 6 months. February sees the start of these aggressive growth plans being put into place and they are looking to recruit a highly experienced, highly skilled SEO Specialist. The company has excellent infrastructure and the individual will be fully supported by management; however almost immediately will have responsibilities over the team in place and will be in line for further progression as the SEO department grows. You must therefore have a minimum of 2 years hands-on SEO experience; ideally within an agency. The clients are a mixture of SME’s and larger companies with a variety of sectors; which will offer an exciting mix of accounts to work with. The role will be extremely hands-on and will therefore require you to have experience of implementing both On & Off Page SEO. Experience in Link Building is additionally required along with Social Media experience. You will not need in depth experience of html and css as you will be fully supported by a web developer. You will have worked on a variety of campaigns and be able to demonstrate an excellent level of experience with good results with competitive search terms. You must be passionate about all things search and get excited about new developments- really wanting to get your teeth into campaigns and push the companies SEO offering forward.
