My client, a top ten Pharmaceutical company, is looking for Customer Acquisition Manager to utilise market knowledge and insights to best position their digital platform as a top 3 destination for relevant content within the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical environment
The successful Customer Acquisition Manager will have the following accountabilities in their role:
Lead and deliver digital retention activity including newsletters, and “right touching” activities to achieve retention targets.
Analyse and maintain the integrity and capture of customer touchpoints to inform marketing and segmentation strategies
Develop and deliver a segmentation strategy for Mass Market customers allowing the personalisation of content in line with the customers needs
Test, develop and deliver emerging and innovative digital retention methods
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation to maximise ROI and cost-effectiveness
Work collaboratively with key external stakeholders maximise opportunities and cost effectiveness in customer acquisition activities
