A global trading platform, established in 1983 the company employs 600 people worldwide in offices in the UK, US, Poland, Singapore, China and Australia. The company deals with over 1.5 million trades per month for individuals in over 50 countries.

The London office is currently going through a significant change, bringing all of its creative functions in-house. Currently outsourced to a number of leading digital agencies, the new digital department will increase control over the creative and marketing material for the company whilst reducing overall costs to the company and boosting efficiency.

Because of this situation, the company is firstly recruiting a number of key positions for the team with more to follow once those members and embedded into the company. One of the key roles in the success of the department is the Production Manager, this role is vital to ensure the running and delivery of the department.

The Production Manager will manage the studio and the work going in and out. In the initial focus for the role will be implementing and managing on-going production processes between the Marketing Department and the rest of the business as well as the regional offices. The focus is to ensure the smooth transition of projects to the in house team.

The key focus for the Production Manager is management of projects, time and resources. You will lead the team and the projects via key management tools and schedules. You will be able to communicate deadlines and projects changes to the key parties with ease. You will be instrumental in any changes to the department, creatively and technically.

You will need to demonstrate previous experience in managing a studio either within a digital agency or a similar in house environment for a global organization. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience managing teams of designers, developers and online marketers. You will have knowledge of all of the mediums used in a digital agency and be able to give advice and guide on these subjects.

Ideally your experience will span 5 years or more within the digital industry. A project management qualification, PRINCE 2, would be ideal although not essential however you will be required to demonstrate You will need to show experience of managing budgets, reporting, forecasting and target setting. You will need to be comfortable and able to deal with external and internal members of the organization at all levels in a professional manner.

The company, as well as offering a prestigious company to work for, has an attractive salary of up to £50,000 and benefits package with additional monetary funds available.
