BD Recruitment’s Managed Services Recruitment Division was established in 2009 to offer a fully serviced recruitment solution to large UK-based organisations. BD has never been the type of agency to purely find CV’s. We pride ourselves on offering advice to clients and candidates alike on market trends and recruitment processes.
We are set up in strict, vertical markets, meaning that consultants specialise in a precise technical area. This allows us to react much quicker to urgent demand for skills. However, we wanted to take this consultative approach further. More and more companies are signing BD up as exclusive recruitment partners and with this comes a responsibility to advise clients on best practice, hiring processes, interview techniques, etc. So the Managed Services Division is an extension to our standard recruitment offering, but takes our role to another level.
We target larger companies and offer a complete handling of the recruitment process. We assign one of our experienced Account Managers to work with you and their remit is to quickly understand your company culture and infrastructure. They will take each job requirement (creative, technical or marketing) and source people quickly, producing a short list of candidates who you can then interview independently or in tandem with your Account Manager. The Account Manager is backed by a team of Resourcers who are employed by BD purely to network and highlight appropriate candidates to match your job briefs. Supporting them are our Recruiters who, being focused on finding candidates for specialist areas, are well placed to pin-point quality job seekers if your job briefs fall within their vertical markets.
- You are assigned an Account Manager who is intent on knowing your company as well as you do. Without a significant appreciation of what you do and how you do it, we cannot possibly begin to find you the right people. You will not have unnecessary contact with anyone else at BD.
- You will have a team of Resourcers spending a substantial amount of time sourcing a short-list for your role/s.
- You will have a 3rd line of back-up from the Recruitment Consultants, who the Resourcers can turn to for more candidates when necessary.
- You will very quickly be in a situation where a simple job briefing to your Account Manager will result in total peace of mind. Within a set time scale, suitable people will be found and booked into your diary. Should you wish your Account Manager to be on-site during these interviews, that can be the case.
