Recruiting can be a dreaded task: the pressure and time taken to find the right person and then bedding them into your company on top of your own daily tasks can be enough to tip you over the edge.
So, imagine a package where all the stress and work is taken off you and your task is simply to delegate.
Stage 1: How do we find our candidates?
- We spend £10k+ each month advertising on the main job boards, trade press and internet
- Our own website receives over 150 skilled candidates each month
- We have a team of Resourcers whose full time job is to network to find the very best candidates in the market
- We frequent industry networking events to make sure the best people come to us first!
Stage 2: Once we have the candidate, what do we do with them?
- Take them through the first stage interview for you based on our full understanding of the role
- Present them to you with a full run down of their commercial background, technical ability and character profile
- We will schedule their interviews ensuring they are prepared and informed
- We will manage both parties feedback and deal with any grey areas
- Manage any presentations or tests which need to be completed further to their first interview
- Get your choice of candidate started and working well as soon as you need them
This package comes at a flat fee of 14.5% (of the candidate's starting salary, if above £35k) or 16.5% (if below 34k) subject to a minimum fee of £3,500 not including VAT. So long as you commit to this package, nothing needs to be paid up front. We will work for nothing until the right person starts with you and only then will you be asked to pay the fee.

By way of insurance, we offer an extended rebate. In the unlikely event of the candidate's employment ending inside 12 weeks, you will only pay 8.33% of the fee for each week they have worked.
