About the BD Recruitment Agency
BD Recruitment Ltd is split into three distinct divisions: Technical Recruitment which services the needs of candidates and clients within the information technology sector including the following: project managers, business analysts, website administrators, web developers, database analysts and programmers using: ASP.NET, C#, ASP, PHP, VB.NET, Java, C++ and Flash; Creative Recruitment does the same but for the creative and new media industries with positions including: 3D Modelers, Copywriters, Flash Designers/ Developers, Graphic Designers and Web Designers; Marketing Recruitment focuses on traditional marketing positions as well as SEM (search engine marketing), SEO (search engine optimisation), PPC (Pay Per Click), trainee search executives, SEO sales directors, affiliate marketing managers, media buyers, media planners and media communications account managers.
Our recruitment team is constantly expanding to meet our own business ambitions and the ambitions of our candidates and clients. Each of our consultants has a distinct area in which they recruit for their specialist field. This means that each candidate or client (who commissions us to work on their behalf) will have a recruiter who is not only focussed exclusively in their area of expertise, but also recruits for jobs in their specific geographical region.
This fine tuning of our recruitment infrastructure is quite simple, yet it is very effective and unique within the recruitment industry, making it easier for us to find candidates their next job and clients their next member of staff.
